Wine, Women & Shoes is an evening of wine tasting, designer shopping, culinary delights, fashion show and more, all benefiting the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire! 

We can't forget about the Shoe Guys! Our charming Shoe Guys will be at Wine, Women & Shoes greeting our guests, selling Keys to the Closet and Cellar, and walking around with silver trays showing off the delicious wine and fabulous vendors! 

You can help by voting for the King of Sole! $1 = 1 vote. The Shoe Guy who raises the most money will be crowned the King of Sole!!! A prize pack befitting a king awaits the winner, including a crown, cape and several surprises!



 

 
 

 

Max Diekneite is an investigative reporter/anchor for WTOC News. You can catch him anchoring the 7 p.m. news every weeknight. Max is very excited to be a part of this great event!

Max moved to Savannah in October 2020 after spending more than three years as an anchor/reporter in Des Moines, Iowa. A St. Louis native, Max graduated from the University of Missouri School of Journalism in 2017.

In his free time, Max likes traveling, spending time with friends and family and watching sports. He has thoroughly enjoyed his time in Savannah and at WTOC and is excited to get more involved in the community through this event.

The money raised goes back to support children and their families at Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Coastal Empire.

"Once my car broke down on the side of the highway on a rainy day. I knew exactly who to call. Max was there in 15 minutes and in a tow truck pulling and brand new Lamborghini he gave to me so I didn’t have to use public transportation.
