K. Michael "Mike" Smith, was raised in Savannah, and before he could grow peach fuzz on his chin, he was spending his days fishing, throwing cast nets, and harvesting his own shrimp, crabs, oysters, and fish. When he is not catching fish, Mike is creating them by crafting unique fish designs that you have to see to believe, using only driftwood, pine and rescued dock boards.  Between his competitions, work and fishing, Mike is spending time at home or out in the boat with his wife, four children and four grandchildren.
